Michigan Evaluation Group provides Independent Medical Evaluations, Medical Records / Peer / Radiology Reviews, Depositions, and other services. Our coverage is the entire state of Michigan, with a main office in Southfield and satellite facilities in Grand Rapids, Flint, Mt. Pleasant, Lansing, Gaylord, Traverse City, and Marquette. We schedule nationally as well, and we have a strong presence in the Midwest region.

STANDARDS & SERVICE:
Service to the client is every bit as important as the quality of the Physician.

Scheduling: Typically, IMEs are scheduled approximately two weeks from the time the appointment is made. Referrals can be scheduled by phone, fax, standard mail, email, and website. In Michigan, the claimant must receive written notification of the appointment and must also be given ample lead time. We can, if requested, provide the notification to the claimant. In addition, we can arrange rush appointments upon request, with little notice if necessary.

Report Delivery: We attempt to submit the completed, reviewed report to our client within five business days of the appointment. If a report is needed earlier, we will process it as a rush and deliver it to the client as quickly as necessary. Reports may also be faxed or emailed.

Quality Control: The entire management and Quality Control staff of M.E.G. are comprised of former insurance claims professionals. Every report is reviewed to ensure that all issues and questions are addressed.
