Claims may range from a simple single injury that needs to be addressed or multiple injuries, which require the expert opinion of several different specialists. Preexisting conditions also make claim handling a challenge. The complexity and volume of the medical records also play a role in the complexity of a claim.
Our goal is to submit a final report within seven business days of the date of the IME. Reports can be faxed, emailed or sent via standard mail. If necessary, a report can be expedited and processed quicker than the standard turnaround time. To inquire about the status of a report, please call 877.642.4463 and ask for the QA Department.
